2. Our services
We offer coaching, group programmes, talks and related resources. Details, prices and dates are shown when you book or buy. We may change or stop a service, and we will tell you if that affects something you have already paid for.
3. Coaching is not therapy or medical advice
Jennifer Waugh provides coaching. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychiatry, or medical or legal advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services straight away. You can call or text 988 in the United States or 9-8-8 in Canada at any time.
4. No guarantees
We do not promise any particular result. Your progress depends on your own choices and effort. Stories, examples and testimonials describe what some people experienced, are shared with their permission, and are not a promise of what you will experience.
5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing. Please speak with a qualified professional before making major health, legal or financial decisions.
6. Confidentiality and ethics
Coaching conversations are confidential, with the limits described in our Privacy Policy. Jennifer Waugh holds the ICF PCC credential and coaches in line with the ICF Code of Ethics.
7. Payments, bookings and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and are in the currency displayed. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a one-to-one session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, and missed sessions, are charged in full. Fees for sessions that have taken place are not refundable. If you cancel with enough notice, we will reschedule your session or refund it, whichever you prefer. Group programmes and digital products are non-refundable once access has started, unless the page where you buy states otherwise or the law requires it. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your card details.
8. Text message terms
By giving us your mobile number and agreeing, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Jennifer Waugh Coaching, including replies to your enquiry, booking confirmations and reminders, and occasional updates about programmes, talks and resources. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we use and protect your information.
9. Our content
The content on this website, including text, images, logos, programmes and recordings, belongs to Jennifer Waugh Coaching or is used with permission. You may view it and share a link to it for personal use. Please do not copy, sell or republish it without our written permission.

Our site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to.
